The design of this library aims to inspire and motivate the local community, especially children and youth who have the opportunity to visit or travel by train, to develop a love for reading and learning. This library is part of an effort to revitalize and promote train services in the area while also encouraging access to books and education in a public setting.

Having a library on a train creates a unique experience, as passengers can enjoy reading books during their journey while immersing themselves in the atmosphere of traveling through a distinctive region.
