The service is available to tourists and those interested, offering tours only 10 days per month. It's the only hot mud spa, hot sand beach, and hot brine spa in Thailand known locally as "Hot Water Beach," located in Klong Marui, Tambon Marui, Thap Put District, Phang-nga Province, on the boundary between Phang-nga and Krabi provinces. The locals use the spa to treat conditions like numbness, aches, and pains, while the community tourism group of Ban Kok Krai organizes natural tourism trips under the name "Hot Mud Spa, Hot Sand Beach, and Hot Brine."

The activity includes a longtail boat trip to admire the natural beauty in the morning. Upon reaching the hot sand beach, there is an opportunity to walk on the sand, which has a pleasantly hot temperature, followed by soaking in hot water at the desired spa spots for 10 minutes to open the pores before rinsing off in the cool stream. Then, there is the application of hot mud, found about 1 meter deep from the clay soil, with the right temperature and a deep black color, smeared onto the body at specific points, followed by a rest for 15 minutes. Participants also receive drinks along with local snacks. After washing off the mud in the creek, the activity leaves one feeling refreshed and relaxed, with the skin becoming softer and smoother where the hot mud was applied.
