Location and contact information of Police station in Kaoyai
The organizational structure and history of the Huamsi Sub-district Police Station in Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, was established in the Buddhist Era 2505 (1962 AD). It operates under the direct supervision of the Pak Chong District Police Station in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Initially, the station had a total of 14 officers and was responsible for patrolling the areas of Tambon Huamsi and Tambon Pong Talong. The station had the authority to arrest suspects and file reports, which were then forwarded to the Pak Chong District Police Station. It did not have the authority to conduct investigations.
Later, on November 16, in the Buddhist Era 2531 (1988 AD), the Ministry of Interior issued an announcement changing the governance authority. It redefined the police positions at the Huamsi Sub-district Police Station to include four commissioned officer ranks: one station chief as a Inspector, two investigation officers, and one Deputy Inspector for crime prevention and suppression. There were also 49 non-commissioned officer positions. The station gained the authority to independently conduct criminal case investigations and manage its budget from that point onwards.
On June 12, in the Buddhist Era 2545 (2002 AD), the National Police Policy Commission approved the establishment of the position of Deputy Superintendent as the head of the police station, two investigation officers, one crime prevention and suppression Inspector, one Deputy Inspector for crime prevention and suppression, and one Deputy Inspector for detective work. There were also 49 authorized non-commissioned officer positions.
In February 2011, the head of the station was upgraded to the rank of Superintendent.
