    Phang Nga Museum is located in Thai Chang Subdistrict, on Petchkasem Road, Muang District, Phang Nga. Originally, this building was built in 1930 (the reign of King Rama VII) to serve as the town hall of Phang Nga. Since the building is important and relevant to the history of Phang Nga; therefore, it was registered by the Department of Fine Arts as a national monument in 1987. Later, it was renovated to be Phang Nga Museum and officially opened in 2013 to the present.
